The Client
The client requested a web-based system for employee compliance and training management. They needed a system to easily track compliance through course attendance and grades and to automatically notify users of actions necessary to maintain compliance.
My Role
My role in this project was the lead designer and developer. All training information was consolidated into a single system. Grade information from Blackboard was combined with data from compliance officers to create a single system. This replaced an ad-hock system of Blackboard and compliance officers own offline tracking methods. Employees are now able to log in and view their own compliance requirements and historical records. Supervisors are also able to view and track their employee’s records.
